eXPress
Partners warrants the media from which our software is installed
(including downloads) to be free of defects in material and workmanship,
under normal use, for a period of ninety (90) days after the date
of delivery to the customer. In the event of such damage, the
media will be replaced after the damaged media is returned to
eXPress Partners and is deemed by eXPress Partners to be damaged.
In any event, no refunds will be made. Warranty claims
must be made in writing to eXPress Partners via email
or US mail.
